Since our founding as the Mu-Xi Chapter of Tau Kappa Epsilon on May 17 1969; the men who have come through this house have created bonds of friendship that have lasted a lifetime. riginally one of Fullerton's first Local Fraternities, Kappa Gamma Nu, which eventually became officially designated as the Mu-Xi Chapter of Tau Kappa Epsilon at what was California State College at Fullerton on May 17, 1969. The house has seen its high times and low times throughout its history yet the strong character of its men have not let these events falter the growth and the continued operations of the Mu-Xi Chapter. We continue on the development of Mu-Xi's members, service towards the community, active involvement on campus, and outstanding relations with the National Fraternity. We understand that there are many who judge us for no reasoning because they choose to do so without gaining true knowledge on the house. To treat this experience like how we treat every person who comes through our doorstep as a friend into our home. Not by judging someone by their wealth, rank, or honor; but more importantly in their personal worth and character. Without this we would be nothing and the ideals of unnecessary hatred and intolerance would have consumed this house like our fellow brother's and sister's at our campus. We foster something more than just the average Fraternal experience. We foster a supportive environment in which our members can grow and develop in all aspects of their life.
