Hi everyone! My name is Kayla Cossar (Miss Cossar), and I’m a Co-Teacher in Room 2 through the Pre-K collaboration with the MollyOckett School District.

I have 16 years of experience working with children and have been part of Community Concepts Inc. Children’s Services for almost 5 years. I’m a mom to a son and daughter, and we also have a black lab mix named Leroy! I love all things fall and Halloween, spending time with friends and family, and cozying up around a campfire with a good book.

I truly find so much joy and fulfillment in working with my Pre-K children. Every year, they bring such a wonderful mix of personalities, strengths, and quirks that make our classroom feel like one big family. Working with Head Start also gives me the opportunity to build meaningful, lasting relationships with children and their families.

I’m happy to be part of the Head Start community and look forward to getting to know you and your children. I’m so excited for another year of growth, learning, and fun!

Hi everyone! My name is Heather Harmon, and I’m the Family Service Advocate (FSA) for Fryeburg Early Learning Center and our Pre-K collaboration with the MollyOckett School District.

I’ve been with Community Concepts Inc. Children’s Services for nearly two years and bring over eight years of experience in community services and customer service. As a mother of five, I truly enjoy helping people and being part of the growth and development of young children. I love watching them grow, learn, and soak up knowledge like little sponges!

One of my favorite things about Head Start is the whole-family approach. I enjoy building relationships with families, learning what makes each family unique, and connecting them with resources and support to help their families thrive.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, being outdoors, reading, and spending time on my bird farm.

Hi everyone! My name is Andrea Tripp, and I’m the Co-Teacher in Room 1 at Fryeburg Early Learning Center.

I’ve been with Community Concepts Inc. Children’s Services for 4½ years. I started my journey with CCI as the Food Coordinator, but last year I decided that I really wanted to spend more time in the classroom and work more closely with the children. That decision led me to pursue my passion for teaching and become a Preschool Teacher. I truly enjoy working with young children and being part of their learning, growth, and development.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and my puppy, Bruce. 🐶

Hi everyone! My name is Heather Wing, and I’m an Apprentice Teacher in the Professional Pathways Program through Community Concepts Inc. Children’s Services.

As a Head Start parent, I’ve had the opportunity to experience the program from a family’s perspective. One of my children has completed the Head Start program, and I now have another child attending. I’m excited to bring that experience with me as I continue learning and growing as an educator.

Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, collecting cool rocks, and trying new things. I’m a mom of four, have a background in healthcare, and consider myself a pretty curious and adventurous person!

Hi everyone! My name is Marissa Harmon, and I’m The lead Pre-K teacher in Room 1 through our collaboration with the MollyOckett School District.

I’ve been with Community Concepts Inc Childrens services for 7 years and have my Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Plymouth State University. I truly enjoy working with young children and being part of their learning, growth, and development.

Looking for a great early learning opportunity for your little one? We have several openings available across our programs!

We currently have openings in our Three-Year-Old Room! We’d love to connect with families who are interested. Please reach out to apply or learn more.

🏡 Home Visiting
We also have openings in our Home Visiting program in Fryeburg! This is a wonderful opportunity for families to receive support and resources right in their home.

📚 Our Neighboring Site
Our neighboring site has openings in their Three-Year-Old Part-Day Classroom and Childcare Classroom.

They also have many openings in their public Pre-K collaboration with MSAD 17! There are two classrooms in each location: Oxford, Paris, and Rowe.

Families interested in the public Pre-K programming can stop by the MSAD 17 District Administration Office to pick up an application.
