Supporting Autism Parent Training - this Head Start Month we're partnering with Autism Society Of Maine for a series of trainings on Oct. 15th and 19th and Nov. 2nd!

We also have a virtual training date on October 22nd!

For 61 years, Head Start has helped children learn, families grow stronger, and communities thrive.

Starting next Monday, we’ll be visiting communities served by Community Concepts to offer our Autism and Everyday Supports training for parents and providers. Our first training will take place October 5 in Wilton, with three additional opportunities to join us throughout October!

If you live in Oxford, Androscoggin, or Franklin County and your child already attends a Community Concepts center, we hope you’ll come! Not currently connected with Community Concepts? That’s okay! This is a great opportunity to learn more about both Community Concepts and the Autism Society of Maine, explore available resources, and connect with others in your community.

In-Person Training Dates:

October 15: Rumford Fire Station, 61 Falmouth Street, Rumford
October 19: Paris Fire Station, 137 Western Avenue, South Paris
