Yesterday was a very special day. Stephen completed his time with Trail Life and he was awarded his standard showing all the accomplishments he achieved. Stephen was and will forever be an incredible Trailman. Stephen you will be missed but forever be loved. Continue to walk worthy!

🎮 What a fantastic night we had this past Monday with our Trail Life troop!

The boys had an absolute blast traveling through generations of gaming, playing everything from the classic Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) to the Nintendo Wii and the Nintendo Switch. There were plenty of laughs, friendly competition, and memories made together.

Before the games began, we spent time in God’s Word talking about who really has the controller of our lives. Just as a video game character depends on the player holding the controller, we learned that our lives are at their very best when we let Jesus lead and guide us. Proverbs 3:5–6 reminds us to trust in the Lord with all our hearts and let Him direct our paths.

Our challenge for the night was simple: whether we won or lost, we wanted to play in a way that honored Christ, showing kindness, encouragement, honesty, and good sportsmanship.

Thank you to everyone who helped make the evening such a success. We are grateful for a troop where boys can have fun, build friendships, and grow in their faith at the same time.

Today, Trail Life pauses to honor the heroes who gave their lives in service to our country.

We remember their courage, their sacrifice, and their commitment to something greater than themselves. Their example reminds our boys what it means to live with honor, duty, faithfulness, and courage.

May we raise up a generation of young men who understand the value of freedom, the cost of sacrifice, and the importance of serving God, family, community, and country.

This past Monday, the troop enjoyed the challenge of building a shelter using only a limited amount of materials and supplies. It was great to see their creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving skills in action, along with many of the skills they have already been learning. We were proud of how they worked together, encouraged one another, and made the most of the challenge.

We look forward to seeing everyone at the next meeting on Monday at 7:00 PM at Crossroads Church of God.
