In case you missed it…Thursday November 13th is Past Masters night at Mountain Lodge. We will start the evening off with fellowship at 6PM, then a dinner at 6:30PM and finally the meeting at 7:30PM. Our Past Masters will be honored and we will also be conferring a 3rd degree for a worthy brother. There is no cost for the dinner. Everyone is welcome to attend.

ATTENTION
Mountain Lodge No.99 will no longer be holding monthly Roast Beef Dinners. Unfortunately due to increased cost and other logistical factors our lodge was forced to make the tough decision to end the dinners. Thank you for all the years of support and perhaps in the future our fundraiser dinners will return when economic conditions change. Please spread the word. Thank You!

It is my sad duty to report that our beloved Past Secretary, Brother Clyde W. “Bill” Stewart has passed to the celestial lodge above.

Brother Bill was born on January 24, 1948. He was initiated as an Entered Apprentice on April 11, 1985, passed to the degree of Fellowcraft on September 12, 1985, and raised to the sublime degree of Master Mason on October 24, 1985. He served as Junior Warden from 2017 through 2019 and Secretary from 2019 until 2023.

Brother Bill was a wealth of knowledge, an outstanding mentor, and a wonderful kind hearted man. He will be greatly missed by all of those who were lucky enough to have known him.

A Masonic Memorial Service will be conducted on Friday, July 25th at Sowers Funeral Home in Frostburg at 11:15 AM. All Brothers should arrive by 10:45.

Dress code:
Officers - black tuxedo, white shirt, & black tie
Brethren - Dark Suit

Mountain Ridge student Eli Sibley is our 2025 Top Scholarship Award recipient. Eli received a $500 from the Masonic Charities of Maryland and an additional $500 from Mountain Lodge. Eli will be attending Fairmont State University.
