Dear P and E Club Members,
We discussed quite a few points during last week’s meeting. The following is a brief rehashing of the important points for those of you who couldn’t be there.
• STEM Fest: 10am – 2pm, May 7th, you can send ideas for interactive demonstrations to do with the kids to [email protected]
• Recruitment table in Lane: the first will be Wednesday, February 24th from 12 – 2pm, some sort of demonstration will be done, we will have flyers with activities the club will be doing on them
• More discussion on the idea of speakers
• P and E Club project?: we still have two raspberry pies, we could also do something with Belle’s theorem, any projects would not necessarily need to be completed this semester, you can bring more ideas to the meetings or email them to [email protected]

Hello, P and E Club Members!
This upcoming week we will be having an informal gathering with pizza and a movie during our normal meeting time on Wednesday. The movie will be "The Martian" (if you haven't seen it, I can tell you that it is a good one).
Please let us know if you plan on coming so we can get enough pizza. You can do so by emailing an officer or responding to this post.

Just a reminder to all P and E club members that we are NOT having a meeting this week. Some of our members are going to the library demo.
We WILL have the movie night during regular meeting time next week (December 9th). Please let us know if you are going to be there so we can order enough pizza (you can respond to this post, but please do so by the day before so we have enough time to get the order in).
In other news, the poster is done! You can look at it on the board across from our regular meeting room.

Update from yesterday's meeting:
Our next meeting will be December 9th NOT December 2nd
Several members of the club will be participating in the clubs outreach event at the library on the second so there will not be a club meeting that day
Also, we are still looking for t-shirt ideas. If you have one please send it to Dustin Ullery.

The Movie Night was scheduled for today however, we cannot have it today as CCIT is closed on the weekends. We are looking into scheduling another date. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Updates from today's meeting:
The Movie Night has been scheduled for this Saturday, we're still waiting for an exact time and room.
The poster is complete, we will be getting it printed soon.
We need people to take the seminar survey so we can decide which seminar we will visit as a club.
There will be a Coffee/Bake Sale this Monday from 7-11am, feel free to drop by.
We are still looking for t-shirt designs.
