The Humane Society of Warren County brought dragon boat racing to the Shenandoah River in 2014. Waggin' for Dragons is held each year in August to raise funds for the homeless animals of Warren County, Virginia. The event is held on the Main Fork of the Shenandoah River at the Front Royal Golf Course Boat Landing. The event features friendly competition between community and corporate teams. Waggi

n’ for Dragons will attract over 300 athletes and hundreds of spectators to the Main Fork of the Shenandoah River, just north of Front Royal, Virginia.
