Asking for help has never come naturally to me. Not because I don’t need it, but because I know how valuable someone else’s time is.

Yet one of the greatest blessings we’ve experienced at Saxon Lutheran Memorial is the incredible generosity of people who willingly give it.

We ask. And people show up.

This past week, preparing for our Fall Festival, we saw that generosity in an extraordinary way. People brought their tools, equipment, talents, and willing hearts. They worked long hours, tackled difficult jobs, and gave more than we could have ever expected.

And they did it because they believe in what we’re doing together.

God never intended for us to accomplish His work alone. He brings people together, each with different gifts, to accomplish what none of us could do by ourselves.

Sometimes the greatest blessing isn’t what gets accomplished. It’s the people God brings alongside us to accomplish it.

As I look around Saxon Lutheran Memorial today, I see far more than a beautiful historic property or a successful Fall Festival.

I see the hands and hearts of people who care.

And for that, I am deeply grateful.

Thank you!!! It was an incredible day!!!
