Some children may feel overlooked or forgotten, but God sees them. He knows them. He loves them deeply.

At Rise Beyond Scars, our mission goes beyond meeting physical needs. We want every child we serve to be reminded that they are seen, valued, chosen, and deeply loved.

Four Years of Royal Family KIDS Camp 🤍

This year, I had the blessing of serving at Royal Family KIDS Camp for my fourth year, and once again, I left with a full heart.

There is something incredibly special about being able to pour love, encouragement, and hope into children who have experienced more than any child should have to endure.

Watching their smiles, hearing their laughter, celebrating their accomplishments, and simply reminding them that they are seen, valued, and loved is something I never take for granted.

Sometimes it’s the smallest moments that become the biggest memories. 🤍

I’m grateful God continues to give me the opportunity to serve, love, and show up for these incredible children year after year.

We were so grateful to receive a beautiful donation of hats and hair bows for the girls at camp. But what made the moment even sweeter was watching them get creative and make the hats their own by adding the bows. đź’•

Sometimes the smallest things create the biggest smiles.

These weren’t just hats and bows—they were another reminder to these girls that someone thought of them, someone cared, and they deserved to feel special.

Hope takes all of us.

You don’t have to do everything to make a difference. Sometimes, you simply have to do something.

For a child in foster care, that “something” could be donating a needed item, sharing our mission with someone you know, volunteering at an upcoming event, or simply helping us spread the word.

Every child matters.
Every contribution matters.
Every act of kindness matters.

At Rise Beyond Scars, our prayer is that every child we serve grows up knowing that their story is not defined by what happened to them. They are worthy of love, hope, dignity, and a childhood filled with possibilities.

As the seasons change, so do the needs of the foster children and families we serve.

Our Fall & Winter Amazon Wish List is now open for anyone who would like to help provide clothing and everyday essentials for children in foster care.

Monthly support allows us to move with intention instead of urgency. It helps us prepare ahead, stretch every donation further, and continue showing up consistently for the children and families who need us most.

Today we celebrate 250 years of freedom, resilience, and hope.

At Rise Beyond Scars, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to dream, heal, and build a future filled with possibility. While we honor our nation’s history today, we’re also reminded that freedom is about creating opportunities for the next generation to rise beyond the circumstances they were born into.

Every child deserves to feel safe.
Every child deserves to know they are loved.
Every child deserves the chance to become everything God created them to be.
