💙 Thank You, Aarya Krishnan 💙

We’re incredibly grateful to Aarya Krishnan, a member of our Varsity Blue Team, for his remarkable generosity and leadership through his Eagle Scout project.

Aarya organized a wheelchair basketball camp for kids and donated an amazing $725 to support the Dallas Junior Wheelchair Mavericks. His donation directly helps provide equipment, travel opportunities, and resources for our young athletes.

Thank you, Aarya, for your commitment to giving back and for helping us continue to grow the game we love! 🏀💙

We are so proud of Maya and her Eagle project: Frisco Rocks! - Friendship Garden at Frisco Commons. For her Eagle project, Maya planned and executed the painting of 300 unique rocks, all hand-painted by her and her team!!

Congratulations, T1260B Scribe, Aarya, on the completion of your Eagle Project - Wheelchair Basketball Camp! His project is organizing and facilitating a camp in collaboration with the beneficiary Dallas Jr Wheelchair Mavericks, to introduce Adaptive Sports & Wheelchair basketball to the youth with a lower limb physical disability in North Texas area. 🏀

Aarya, a sophomore at Independence High School in Frisco, Texas, is working with the IHS Broadcast Team to create a promotional video and documentary for the Mavs Program! He is actively involved with the Dallas Jr Wheelchair Mavericks Program and is a nationally ranked Paralympics Athlete. Aarya wanted to honor, give back, and raise awareness and exposure for this wonderful program that has made such a positive impact on his life.

We are incredibly pleased to announce that Troop 1260 has rasied another Eagle Scout! Amazing job on your Path to Eagle, Blake Moon, and today at your Eagle Board of Review.

Blake’s Eagle Project - Basketball Hoops for Genesis Metro Chuch fundraised over $8,000 and installed 2 professional basketball hoops for the FUSE Youth Group at GM.

Blake has a passion for basketball and is an active member in the Genesis Metro FUSE Youth Group. He is a Freshman at Wakeland High School proudly competing on the Wakeland Elite Varsity Cross Country Team, plays on the Wakeland 9th Grade Football team, as well as multiple basketball leagues.

We are so proud to have such an upstanding young man represent the Scouts of Troop 1260. Congratulations, Blake, Eagle Scout!! ⚜️🦅🇺🇸🦅⚜️

Shashank’s Eagle Project - First Aid Kits for the Rahbar Foundation fundraised and costructed 100 first aid kits for the community in need.

Shashank is a proud Senior at Lone Star High School actively serving in leadership in UNICEF, and has goals to be in the medical profession after college.

Lucas’s Eagle Project - Band Lot Update for the Lone Star HS Band included painting the over 1,800 dots and updating the field markers for the LSHS Band Lot.

Lucas is a proud percussionist in the Lone Star HS Band and wanted to give back to an incredible organization that has made such a positive impact on his life.

Big shout-out to Scout Marianne for raising over $2,000 for the new Bike Repair Station at Pearson Acres Park for her scout project! Her efforts covered not only the repair station itself but also the materials needed for the concrete slab and installation.

While we hope your rides are always smooth, if you ever need a quick fix mid-ride, you can get it done at Pearson Acres! 🚴‍♂️🔧Thank you again, Marianne, for helping others find well-being through play! 🙌

Jake’s Eagle Project - The Freedom Project: A Picnic Table with a Purpose! His project included designing/building an 8ft picnic table with removable benches for the Clyde W. Cosper Texas State Veterans Home, as well as organizing and gathering personal hygiene items for the home residents.

Jake has had a life-long passion of history and wanted to honor the chosen beneficiary, Clyde W Cosper Texas State Veterans Home and residents, in thankfulness to their service and dedication to our country.
