What would it look like if every young person in your community had the tools to make informed, healthy decisions?

That’s exactly what the ALL ME® Assembly is designed to do.

Through real stories, honest conversations, and evidence-based education, we connect with students in a way that resonates. We don’t talk at them - we meet them where they are, address the pressures they’re facing, and give them the confidence to choose a healthier path.

This isn’t just another presentation.
It’s a conversation that sticks.

Schools and communities that host ALL ME® Assemblies consistently tell us the same thing: students don’t tune it out - they engage, relate, and carry the message with them.

If you’re an educator, coach, administrator, or community leader, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact.

Start the conversation. Schedule an ALL ME® Assembly for your school or community today.

One of the most meaningful parts of our ALL ME® Assembly feedback is hearing how students actually respond to the message.

This response is exactly what we strive for.

At the Taylor Hooton Foundation, we know that young people are constantly surrounded by messages about performance, appearance, and shortcuts. If the conversation feels judgmental or disconnected, they stop listening.

But when it’s honest, respectful, and relatable - they engage. They think. They ask questions. They open up.

That’s the goal of ALL ME®:
🔹 Meet students where they are
🔹 Speak with them, not at them
🔹 Replace judgment with understanding
🔹 Turn awareness into real connection

Because real prevention doesn’t come from fear - it comes from trust.

And when students truly listen, that’s where change begins.

What exactly is a dietary supplement?

By definition, dietary supplements are products intended to supplement the diet. They can include vitamins, minerals, herbs or botanicals, amino acids, enzymes, and other substances - and they come in forms like pills, powders, drinks, and gummies.

Sounds simple - but here’s where it gets complicated.

The dietary supplement industry is loosely regulated, meaning products are not subject to pre-approval before they hit the market. What’s on the label isn’t always what’s in the product - and misinformation is everywhere.

That’s why it’s so important to understand what you’re putting into your body.

At the Taylor Hooton Foundation, we have these conversations every day - helping people navigate the risks, ask the right questions, and make informed decisions.

If you’re unsure about a supplement, don’t guess.

Ask.

We’re here to help.

It’s National Prevention Week - a reminder that the strongest solutions don’t start after a problem… they start before it.

Led by , National Prevention Week brings communities across the country together to raise awareness about preventing substance use and supporting positive mental health.

At the Taylor Hooton Foundation, this message is at the core of everything we do.

Prevention means:
🔹 Giving young people accurate, evidence-based information
🔹 Having honest conversations before decisions are made
🔹 Addressing the pressures around performance, body image, and identity
🔹 Supporting both mental and physical health

Because prevention isn’t just about avoiding risk - it’s about building confidence, resilience, and a strong sense of self.

When we invest in prevention, we create healthier athletes, stronger communities, and better outcomes for the next generation.

This week, and every week, let’s continue to show that prevention works.

Today is Children’s Mental Health Awareness Day.

For nearly two decades, this day has served as a reminder of something we can’t afford to overlook: the mental health of our young people matters - now more than ever.

Right now, 1 in 5 youth are living with a diagnosable mental, emotional, or behavioral disorder, yet far too many never receive the support they need.

Behind every statistic is a child navigating pressure, uncertainty, and challenges that aren’t always visible.

At the Taylor Hooton Foundation, we see how these pressures, especially around performance, body image, and identity, can shape decisions that impact both physical and mental health.

That’s why today isn’t just about awareness.

It’s about:
🔹 Creating space for honest conversations
🔹 Recognizing the signs when a young person may be struggling
🔹 Providing education that empowers better decisions
🔹 Reminding every young person that they are not alone

Mental health is just as important as physical health. It influences how young people think, feel, learn, and grow - and it deserves the same level of attention, care, and support.

If a young person in your life is struggling, start the conversation. Listen. Be present. Help them find the support they need.

Because one conversation can make all the difference.

May is National Physical Fitness and Sports Month - a nationwide reminder of the powerful role movement, fitness, and sports play in our overall health and well-being.

Since 1983, this month has encouraged people of all ages to get active, build healthy habits, and experience the physical and mental benefits of movement.

Physical activity isn’t just about getting stronger or faster—it’s about:
🔹 Improving mental health and reducing stress
🔹 Building confidence and self-esteem
🔹 Creating positive outlets for pressure and anxiety
🔹 Reinforcing healthy, sustainable habits

In a culture that often pushes quick fixes and unrealistic standards, sport and fitness should be a source of growth - not risk.

This month is a reminder that:
How we pursue fitness matters just as much as why.

Let’s continue to encourage young people to move, compete, and grow in ways that support both their physical and mental well-being - without shortcuts.

Because true performance starts with a healthy foundation.
