Tomorrow, Prosper! 🍁

Celebrate Prosper is almost here, and there’s still time to be part of the community service project.

Before you head to Frontier Park, grab a few items from the Children’s Hunger Fund Food Pak Shopping List. Bring at least three items per person and receive a complimentary hot dog meal voucher from Savory Kitchen as a thank-you for giving back.

Your donations will help fill Food Paks that equip local churches to personally serve children and families in need.

Prosper, this weekend is about celebrating you. 💙

Over the past several months, you have welcomed Children’s Hunger Fund with open arms.

We’ve met families who want to serve together. Students ready to make a difference. Churches and businesses looking for ways to get involved. Community partners who have helped us feel at home before our doors are even open.

That’s why we’re especially excited to join the Town of Prosper at Celebrate Prosper this Saturday.

Come spend the evening with your neighbors, stop by the CHF pavilion, and help us celebrate the community we are grateful to be joining.

We can’t wait to celebrate you, Prosper.

Ten years of people saying yes.

Yes to serving.

Yes to giving.

Yes to equipping churches.

Yes to walking alongside children and families in need.

This weekend, friends of Children’s Hunger Fund gathered to reflect on 10 years of ministry in North Texas and the many people God has used to make that story possible.

The evening was a chance to remember the relationships, prayers, acts of generosity and willing hands that have carried the mission forward.

And as we reflected on what God has done, we were also reminded that this story is still being written.

We are deeply grateful for everyone who has been part of these first ten years and excited for the chapter ahead.

One week to go, Prosper! 🍁

Next Saturday, Children’s Hunger Fund will join our neighbors at Celebrate Prosper: Hometown Harvest Fair for an evening of community, connection and giving back.

Before you arrive, choose items from the CHF Food Pak Shopping List and bring them with you to Frontier Park. Every contribution helps prepare Food Paks that equip local churches to personally serve children and families in need.

Bring at least three items per person and receive a complimentary food voucher as a thank-you for participating.

Then stop by the Children’s Hunger Fund pavilion to say hello, learn more about our future home in Prosper and see how you can be part of what’s ahead.

A $500,000 opportunity to help build what comes next in North Texas.

A generous donor has established a $500,000 Challenge Grant to help accelerate Children’s Hunger Fund’s expansion in Prosper.

Every gift to the Prosper campaign moves CHF closer to opening a new home where more volunteers can serve, more local churches can be equipped, and more children and families in need can receive food and the hope of the gospel.

Right now, your generosity can help CHF meet this challenge and move this vision closer to reality.

We are grateful for every person helping build a place where North Texas can come together to serve.

A lot can happen around a Food Pak line.

Over the past month, our Frisco Volunteer Center has welcomed law students, corporate teams, church congregations, and school groups from across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.

Different industries, different backgrounds, one shared moment making a difference!

Each group has helped prepare resources that reach children and families in need through our local church partners, proof that this work belongs to the whole community.

Visit childrenshungerfund.org/dallas-volunteer/ and see how you can with us.

A few months from now, these walls will welcome our faithful volunteers and partners into a new home in Prosper.

Our expansion building in Prosper is taking shape, and we can’t wait to welcome North Texas in early 2027.

This new space will give Children’s Hunger Fund greater capacity to equip local churches, prepare resources for children and families in need, and create new opportunities for families, schools, businesses and churches to serve together.

Every week we are getting closer. Very exciting details are coming soon!

We can’t wait to show you what’s inside.

To every volunteer who has walked through the doors of our Frisco Volunteer Center ready to serve so far this September, thank you.

Our volunteer room has been busy here in Frisco, with individuals, families, corporate teams, and church partners, all showing up to help prepare resources that local churches carry directly into the homes of children and families in need.

And the story isn't over.

Because of the community you helped build here in Frisco, the next chapter is already taking shape just up the road in Prosper, where even more North Texans will have the opportunity to serve when our new facility opens in early 2027. Stay tuned, exciting details about our future home are on the way.

We are officially under one month until we Celebrate Prosper together! 🍁

On October 17, Children's Hunger Fund will join the Town of Prosper at Frontier Park for an evening of hometown fun, from hayrides and a pumpkin patch to live music and family favorites under the stars.

This year, the celebration comes with a simple way to give back. Please bring at least three items from the CHF Food Pak Shopping List, and the Town will treat you to a free hot dog meal from Savory Kitchen. Three items. One meal. A big difference.

Every item collected goes directly into Food Paks that CHF prepares and delivers through local churches, feeding children and families right here in our community, exactly the work CHF is building a permanent home for in Prosper.

More details are coming as we get closer. For now, save the date, start gathering your items, and invite your family and friends to join you!
