Carroll Elementary Watch DOGS Who are WatchDOGS? The Carroll Elementary Watch D.O.G.S program is a part of the Carroll Elementary PTA.

Fathers, grandfathers, step-fathers, uncles, and other father figures who volunteer, stay visible, and are a tangible presence at their student's schools. We are fathers geared toward positively affecting our students and their classmates through a strong visibility at the school.
