May is Mental Health Awareness month, and regardless of where you are at in your own mental health journey, we want you to know you are not alone.

Throughout the month of May, we will be sharing suggestions to participate in this important month of awareness in your own life, at home, and even in your workplace.

We will have representatives from Vail Behavioral Health presenting on Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation - TMS, an FDA approved treatment for depression and other mental health conditions.
