At Friona Industries, we believe a safe workplace starts with employees who take initiative and look out for one another.
Today, our Bovina location would like to recognize Manuel Chavez Villescas for demonstrating excellent safety awareness and taking action when it mattered!
Manuel identified a potential hazard when he noticed a haystack that had been stacked too high and unevenly. Recognizing the risk, he took the initiative to safely correct the issue before an accident could occur.
--"“Thank you, Manuel, for taking initiative and putting safety first. Your actions are a great example of looking out for one another and keeping our workplace safe!” — Rodney Wren, Feedyard Manager
👏 Great job, Manuel! Your attention to detail, proactive mindset, and commitment to keeping your coworkers safe are exactly what our core values of Responsibility and Teamwork are all about.
Thank you for leading by example and helping make Friona Industries a safer place to work!
