We had a great time at the Friendswood Chamber of Commerce’s 2026 State of the District!

Thank you to Superintendent Thad Roher for putting on quite the talk show and sharing an inside look at all the exciting things happening across Friendswood ISD! It was great to hear about the progress being made across our district and to see so many student tables highlighting the incredible programs and opportunities happening in our schools.

We’re proud to support many of these opportunities through FEF grants and grateful to the Friendswood Chamber of Commerce for another wonderful event!💙

Friday, our FEF Board came together for our Annual Strategic Planning Meeting to reflect on the Foundation’s impact, share ideas, and collaborate on opportunities for the future.

We want to give a special shoutout to Kelly Fiesinger, Chelsey Green, Amy Tallman, and Kellie Odom for joining us and giving our Board the chance to see FEF grants in action firsthand!

We’re leaving the day energized, inspired, and excited for all that’s ahead as we continue finding new ways to make a difference for the students and teachers of FISD!💙
