It's a busy week in our office! Here's a quick run down:
🍎Once fall grades are official and we get the green light, we will run the Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) process to ensure students are maintaining eligibility for spring.
💰If all goes well, we hope to run our first disbursement of financial aid this Friday afternoon! Please keep in mind that if you are anticipating a refund, it will take a few days before you'll see that in your bank account.
⏰Student Account's Fee Payment Deadline is next Monday, January 12th. If you are waiting on financial aid to pay your account balance and you do not have a spring fee deferment already, you can request one between 8am on Friday and 5pm on Monday. See our post later this week for more info on that!

We'll be posting quite a bit of information here this week, so please keep checking back!

This grant offers up to $1000 in financial support to undergraduate students to attend professional/research/academic conferences who meet the grant requirements, are eligible, and who pass the screening process.

This Travel Grant is administered by the Office of the Dean of Undergraduate Studies in collaboration with Associated Students, Inc.(ASI) and the Office of the Provost.

Applications to the grant for the Spring 2026 Semester are open. The application can be found at Fresno State ASI
