East Fresno Rotary was back on the grill! We auctioned off a Barbecue at our Cioppino Gala and Paul Chen Accountancy was generous enough to be the winning bidder. Thanks as well to Toca Madera Winery for generously donating their wonderful vineyard location and wine 🍷 toward the occasion! We provided a wonderful Tri-Tip and Chicken dinner with charcuterie appetizers

We also honored the Students of the month from Scandinavian Middle School and awarded the School $1,000 to help with their year end field trip to the Sant Cruz Boardwalk!

Our meeting continued with the awarding of college scholarships to worthy students from Roosevelt High School, Sunnyside High School and Fresno County Social Services🧑‍🎓 👩🏼‍🎓!

Today our club honored youth at students award luncheon. Our meeting kicked off with students attending YMCA music camp serenading us! We also help sponsor the camp and awarded $1,000.00 for this year's program.

Our club BBQ'd for the lucky supporters who purchased a Tri Tip and Ribs BBQ at our annual Cioppino Gala Fundraiser last year!
They had a wonderful meal and our club had a fun time at the grill!

For our meeting today we did a field trip to the Fresno County Sheriff's Memorial and the Sheriff's Substation #2. East Fresno Rotary donated $6,000.00 to help with the cost of the memorial and we received a tour of the site and facility.
