Sunnyside Property Owners Association SPOA works to preserve, protect and enhance the quality of life in our Sunnyside neighborhood. Membership is $25/year per household.

The SUNNYSIDE PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION (SPOA) is perhaps the oldest voluntary property owners association of its kind in California - a nonprofit charitable 501c3 corporation. It began in the early 1940’s and covers a six square mile area between Jensen, Kings Canyon, Temperance and Peach. We work to preserve, protect and enhance the quality of life in our neighborhood through – among other eff

orts - area beautification, scholarships, Citizens patrol, monitoring growth and development to name just a few. You need not be a homeowner to belong - renters living within the boundaries may join. Affiliate (non-voting) membership is also available to those living beyond our boundaries, something to consider as SPOA efforts and influence exceeds our boundaries. We hold regular board meetings ten times a year, usually on the second Thursday of each month 6pm at Fire Station 15, Clovis Ave @ Park Circle Dr.. Dues and contributions should be mailed to P.O.
