Our football and cheer program has officially started today, June 22nd. Thank you everyone for coming out today, it was a really AWESOME turnout!! Let's go Highlanders!! You kids looked so great out there, wished I took pictures. I wasn't feeling well today. Hopefully someone else did. I'll find out tomorrow.

Anyone interested, join us at McLane practice field on Clinton/Cedar, Monday-Friday @ 6-8pm. Remember, football space is LIMITED, not cheer. Really excited for the kids this year!! Thank you Jesus for your blessings and many more to fall upon this football/cheer program!! To you all glory and honor is due!!

McLANE HIGHLANDERS YOUTH FOOTBALL PARENTS - 2015 FRESNO STATE FOOTBALL YOUTH CAMP ON JUNE 13th & 14th, 2015. FOR KIDS ENTERING K-8th GRADE. REGISTRATION BEGINS @ 8 am & CAMP TIME @ 9-3 pm. IT'S HELD AT THE BULLDOG STADIUM. REGISTER ONLINE AT GoBULLDOGS.COM OR CALL #559-278-3015 FOR MORE INFORMATION.

It's easier & faster to register online than going down in person to register at the gate (FSU). If you want your kids to mingle together with the football players (FSU) or better yet to be taught by the FSU coaching staff or FSU football players, please sign up your kids ASAP at the above website. McLane Youth Football & Cheer Parents - Don't forget our FREE physicals on June 6th, 2015 (Saturday) @ 10-12pm. Location is at McLane High School in the boys locker room, same as last year. If you know you need it, please come & get it!! This is your only chance. And please come early, don't wait till 11:59 then you decide you want to show up. The doctors might want to leave early, you may NEVER know, just show up EARLY!! THANK GOD ALMIGHTY for these doctors that are doing the Sports Physicals for FREE!! They are giving up their time for our players and cheerleaders, when they should be at home with their own family or they should be working, but they're not. So come one or come all. We will give you the physical forms when you show up. This is ONLY for the McLane Highlanders Youth Football & Cheer team. See you all there!! Go Highlanders!!

Another EXCITING football & cheer year 2015-2016!! Our registration for youth football and cheer (McLane Highlanders Youth) @ McLane High School. It will be held on May 30th, 2015 (Saturday) @ 10-3 pm in the big parking lot next to the football stadium. From grades K-6th (new school year). Hurry & sign your kids up because space is LIMITED for football!! Please bring a recent wallet size photo of your child, copies of 2014-2015 report card, health ins card with child's name on it, sports physical (w/in a yr), birth certificate (6th gr only). Football - $200 and Cheer - $125. Any questions, please come and see us at McLane High School. See you there!!

No training for football and cheer next Saturday, May 23rd 2015. It will resume the following Saturday, May 30th @ the same place and time. We will be doing our Registration Sign Ups at McLane High School (big prkglot) at 10am - 3pm on May 30th, 2015. All tickets and money for the Hometown Buffet Fundraiser are due this coming Monday, May 18th, 2015. Thank you everyone that helped and supported our football/cheer team. God bless you all.

Hello FB family & friends. In case you're wondering who this is, it's Paul (aka Loa) & Siggy Kakiva. Paul Kakiva is the President for McLane Highlanders Youth Football & Cheer Team under the direction of CCYFL (Cen-Cal Youth Football League). This is our page and we are trying to promote our team and upcoming CCYFL events.

We are a family based football and cheer team. Everyone on our football and cheer team knows, we begin with PRAYER and we end it with PRAYER. This team would not be in existence today if it wasn't for GOD ALMIGHTY HIMSELF!! We started this program with GOD's guidance and he will do it again this year. We are big on promoting NO BULLYING, NO CUSSING, NO DOWN TALKING, NO TEASING, NO TALKING BACK, NO TRASH TALKING, NO NEGATIVE ATTITUDE. This doesn't only pertain to our football and cheer children, parents too!!

Anyone living or attending the elementary schools in the McLane High School district area in Fresno, CA you are more than welcome to join our football & cheer team. We have football & cheer registration every Saturdays at McLane Practice field from 1-3 pm. Football Registration is $200 and Cheer Registration is $125. We are also doing Spring Football & Cheer Camp every Saturdays at the same time and it's FREE, open to all ages. But when football & cheer season begins, we are only taking children in Kindergarten (5 y/o) through 6th grade (11 y/o) for the next school year (2015-2016). Space is limited.
