Central Valley Honor Flight 36 takes an emotional visit to the Korean War Memorial and The Vietnam Wall, Oct. 14.

The Korean War Memorial includes lifelike stainless steel soldiers moving through rugged terrain. It conveys the fear, determination and brotherhood experienced by those who fought.

In between the Korean Memorial and The Wall, veterans were able to see their names displayed on The National Military Monument™, presented by USAA.

At the Vietnam Wall, veterans were able to trace over the names of lost comrades, family and friends. Many veterans experience heavy emotion.

As the trip comes to end, the veterans will visit one last sight: Fort McHenry.
