Dress for Success is an international not-for-profit organization that empowers women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire and the development tools to help women thrive in work and in life. Since starting operations in 1997, Dress for Success has expanded to almost 145 cities in 21 countries. To date, Dress for Success has helped more than 925,000 women work towards self-sufficiency.

Our Story

Dress for Success is an international not-for-profit organization that empowers women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire and the development tools to help women thrive in work and in life.

Dress for Success was brought to Fresno in 2017 by co-founders Erin Goldfarb and Corinne Holland. The boutique, located in Downtown Fresno within The Business Journal building, is spacious with dressing rooms for clients to try on professional attire and a career center where clients can have complimentary access to the internet, computers and a printer. Clients can also practice interview questions in an office like setting with our volunteers.
