Just A FAD (Fathers and Daughters) CEO of Just A FAD Ronald L. During my four years in the Marines, I earned the rank of a Non Commissioned Offer. I became a Program Manager for Just 4 Kidz inc.

Carnegie III (Executive Director of Just A FAD), after high school I spent four years in the United States Marines Corps, where I served my country with great pride. I became Camp Pendleton 22 Area Hazardous waste handler and First Responder operator. During my military Career I received many awards and medals including a Certificate of Commendation. I have spent the majority of my adult life givi

ng back to others. I’ve spent several years working at the Fresno Veteran Center a place who main focused was to counsel and ensure that every combat veteran would receive the help and care they deserve. From there I worked at the VA hospital as a Homeless Veteran patient servicer’s assistance. Later on I wanted more of a challenge so I became a Therapeutic Behavioral Services to children and their care providers for JDT Consultants Inc. I’ve worked as a Child Care provider as well as a Facilities Manager for many of the RCL 12 and RCL 14 residential care treatment facilities in the Fresno area. I even worked as a Level IV Instructor with Central Valley Training Center, who primary goals we to lead a group of adults with mental and physical disabilities, teaching life, skills and positive social skills. an out patient Drug and Alcohol treatment facilities. Where I designed, staff and provided training on the negative effects for Drug and Alcohol and youth development, to students 13-18 years of age from the Boy and Girls club, Charter Schools , and Community based originations.
