Rumi says,
“You are not a drop in the ocean. You are the entire ocean in a drop.”

We forget this when life feels overwhelming or when the world is suffering..

We think we’re small, we feel like everything is out of our control, and that we can’t make a difference .

But even one compassionate breath, one softened heart, one moment of presence matters. It ripples outward. It is the ocean, alive and moving, through you- because we- are all connected in this universal ocean.

In Fresno County, more than 1 in 4 residents experience food insecurity, and nearly 1 in 4 children don’t always know where their next meal will come from. This is happening right here in one of the most agriculturally rich regions in the world.

That’s why Namaste for Compassion of Central Valley is hosting a Community Food Drive—a simple, meaningful way to show up for our neighbors.

🗓 Saturday, February 28, 2026
⏰ 10:00am–12:00pm
📍 Railroad Park, 805 N. Peach Ave., Clovis, CA

This is a small, relaxed, drop-in event. Come as you are, stay as long as you like. Every donation helps nourish our community and reminds someone they are not alone.

What to donate:
• non-perishable food items
• canned goods, rice, pasta, beans
• shelf-stable proteins
• boxed or packaged foods

Compassion doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes it looks like a bag of groceries and a shared commitment to care. 🤍

FIRST TEN WHO SHOW UP WILL LEAVE WITH A SURPRISE! ✨✨✨✨
