🍴👩‍🍳 Calling all future chefs! 👨‍🍳🍴

Student in grades 3–8 are invited to join our upcoming summer program- Metro’s Master Chefs! Our chefs will have a week of cooking, creativity, and hands-on fun! Students will learn new kitchen skills, try delicious recipes, and build confidence while making new friends.

What a great time we had at the Downtown Fresno Partnership State of Downtown 2026 event! David Densley y(City of Fresno), Brooklyn James ( EPA) and and me at our Joint Brownfields tabling sharing how grant dollars can be used to help our community flourish. It was truly a wonderful experience connecting and celebrating alongside friends and community. Shout out to my fellow Board members at Access Plus Capital and Fresno Housing.Looking forward to many more moments like this!

We are thrilled to announce the Grand Opening of the Yo’Ville Farmers Market (corner of California & S. Delno Ave. (Yosemite Village Housing Complex)) a powerful new step in bringing fresh, healthy food and community connection to West Fresno!
Hosted by Fresno Metro Ministry in partnership with Fresno Housing, this market is more than just access to locally grown fruits and vegetables. It’s also about supporting our local farmers, who are bringing organic, seasonal produce directly to our community. Every purchase helps strengthen our local food system while ensuring families have access to fresh, nutritious options.
This is truly a family affair. Join us for a vibrant morning filled with food trucks, energizing yoga sessions, and a special herbalist experience sharing how the natural elements of the earth can support healing and overall wellness.

It takes a team to nourish a community!
Our staff shows up wherever they’re needed. Thanks, and appreciation to Inez- Food Security Network Project Coordinator and Isaiah- Fresno State Fellow, who stepped in to support our Food to Share program. At Fresno Metro, service always comes first, and making sure our community has access to food is always the priority!
