This Sunday, in only 48 hours, we will be dancing at a Sock Hop enjoying music from the 50’s and beyond. Spread the news. There will be snacks, with music provided by our very own Moonlighting DJ Alfredo. Listen to the music and join in the fun. Brush up on your dancing to The Stroll, The Macarena, YMCA and Cyndi Lauper’s classic Girls Just Want to Have Fun. As always, we have fun marching with parasols to When the Saints March in. Also returning for an encore performance to Chantilly Lace will be our very own Queen of FDS, Stephanie D’Angio. Our dance will not only make you smile and laugh, but it is guaranteed to bring a new found happiness into your life.

Alfredo will be teaching a beginners East Coast Swing Class that will be perfect for dancing the afternoon away. The dance lesson begins at 12:30. The dance starts at 1pm. Attached is a playlist of the music which Alfredo has planned. The music selected for the “MIXERS” is highlighted in “YELLOW”. In each set there is a song highlighted in green which is a “LADIES CHOICE”. We want everyone to enjoy the dance and have an opportunity to mix it up. This is SOCIAL DANCiNG at its very best.
