NextUp NextUp is an extension of the Fresno City College EOPS program which provides a variety of supportive services for current and former foster youth.

NextUp is an expansion of EOPS services for current and former foster youth. EOPS is the
state-funded program to provide support to students who have the potential to succeed in college. NextUp encourages enrollment, retention and transfer of current/former foster youth at Fresno City College. We provide hands-on guidance and assistance from application through degree completion. We provide some

financial support in the form of book vouchers, monthly stipends and semester grants. We also provide referrals to community services to address various barriers that may impact goal completion.
