Fresno Mission Fresno Mission Everything the Fresno Mission does prepares men, women and children to move forward in a positive way.

We do not believe in perpetuating homelessness and addiction, and we believe that it takes more than shelter to help people move forward. We never give anyone anything they can get for themselves, but rather steer them in the right direction towards God-centered self-sustainability.

The Door Stayed Open: Jesus and Ashley’s Journey Home 🏡❤️

When Jesus and Ashley first came to Fresno Mission, they felt broken, scattered, and unsure of what came next.

After facing unexpected hardships, their family found themselves needing help once again. And when they turned to Fresno Mission, the door was still open. ❤️

Through faith, community, and the resources available at Fresno Mission, they rebuilt their lives, strengthened their marriage, paid off over $4,000 in debt, and found a place to call home!

“We came a long, long way. But we always remind each other that we couldn’t do it without God.” — Ashley

Every family deserves hope, a fresh start, and someone willing to walk alongside them.

What started with a tour became a calling. 🧡

After touring City Center, Lisa knew she wanted to be part of what God was doing at Fresno Mission. She started volunteering in the G Street kitchen, and today serves as our Career Readiness & Academic Coordinator, helping students build confidence and take meaningful steps toward their future.

“There is nothing quite like watching transformation unfold right before your eyes.”

Outside the Mission, Lisa loves cooking, bringing people together around the table, and fun fact, she once rode a Harley Davidson! 🏍️

We’re grateful to have Lisa on our team! 🧡
