Bullard Youth Softball is a league created to serve your daughter(s) through their time playing, competing and enjoying the fantastic game of fastpitch softball. Some of the most lasting and rewarding relationships can be formed through team sports. As in all activities, there is a "right way" to play a sport, and the BYSL exists to teach, reflect and exhibit the values that create great competito
rs in the sport and carry on for a lifetime of benefit. We invite you to sign up and play in any of our age groups, either recreational or competitive: 6U, 8U, 10U and 12U. If your daughter has never played, and you are looking for a structured introduction to softball, Bullard High School hosts their Lil' Knights youth program each spring. This is a fantastic intro to the game, establishing the fundamentals every player needs to play and develop. BYSL Coaching is standardized, using systems designed by our Softball Director, Jaime Maxey. Coach Maxey is a Bullard High School Alum, Former Fresno State Bulldog, where she helped win the 1998 NCAA National Championship, and currently leads a successful program as the Bullard High School Varsity Head Coach. With Coach Maxey at the helm, you can be confident that your daughter will receive quality instruction and coaching to develop her game. Beyond the Softball, there are core principles we strive to teach...
