Promesa Behavioral Health Non profit organization which provides residential treatment, foster care, adoption and substance abuse services primarily to at risk youth.

Promesa Behavioral Health has been a preeminent provider of efficient, effective multi-lingual, multi-cultural continuum of youth services and interventions in the Central Valley for over 22 years. We provide safe, sensitive and therapeutic environments for children in need through appropriate placements with trained, dedicated staff in partnership with social, health, judicial, and other appropriate community agencies. Our services include licensed therapeutic foster family services for males and females, chemical dependency counseling, psycho-education and tele-psychiatric services, level 12 residential treatment for females, males, juvenile sex offenders, and pregnant and parenting teens and their infants.

Our foster parents are the heart of what we do. 💙 Every day, they open their homes, share their love, and provide stability and hope for children who need it most.
To show our appreciation, we love hosting special events for our foster families—creating opportunities for kids to laugh, play, make memories, and simply enjoy being kids. These gatherings are a small way of saying “thank you” to the incredible families who make such a meaningful difference in the lives of children.
