Juneteenth reminds us that freedom is a journey we walk together! Today, we honor Black resilience, joy, and liberation. As the Fresno League of Mexican American Women, we celebrate the shared histories of resistance and community that connect our cultures.

May we continue building a future rooted in unity, dignity, and collective freedom.

Great meeting today! We kicked things off with a fun World Cup Quiz icebreaker before sharing updates on upcoming events, including our July 10 gathering at Engelmann Cellars with Outlaw Mariachi and Frida Paint Night & Margaritas on August 13 at Casa Maria.
Members also received updates on the Frida Fun Run coming to Fresno City College on October 3, along with several opportunities from Arte Américas and other organizations to get involved and make a difference in our community.
