Special shout out to for stopping by Fresno Chandler Airport! The amazing 1941 North American AT-6D paired perfect with our 1939 terminal building the cafe is located in. It made us feel like we were transported back in time! Guests of the cafe got an amazing chance to see this aircraft while they dine in….. #559

Going through my dad’s old scrapbook I came across several interesting things, I thought might be interesting to share. My dad was a Lt in ww-2 as a Bombarder and retiring as a colonel.

Talk about following your dreams good for her and aviation.

Long-time Serving TCSO Aero Squad Leader Died

Sheriff Mike Boudreaux is saddened to announce the death of TCSO Aero Squadron Member Bennie Harvey on Tuesday. He was 90.

Bennie began volunteering for the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office Aero Squadron back in the 1980s. He was a dedicated volunteer and a past commander with an unwavering commitment to public service and aviation safety.

Bennie is survived by Janet, his wife of 68 years; their son, Mike Harvey, a retired TCSO deputy; and multiple grandchildren and great children. He was predeceased by his daughter, Vicki.

Sheriff Boudreaux and the men and women of the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office offer our deepest condolences to Bennie’s family.

An exciting new chapter is about to begin for our family. Starting next week, my wife and I will be the restaurant owners of the Flight Line Cafe at Fresno Chandler Airport (FCH for my aviation friends). The menu will consist of American and Mexican cuisine. Patty and Henry have made that location a staple for the aviation community and our hopes are to continue the tradition of treating customers as family - I know we will all miss them. I will be posting more information as the time grows near but be sure to check our pages we just created on Facebook and Instagram where more information will also be contained in the future. .
