The California Narcotic Officers' Association is a non-profit corporation dedicated to providing high quality training for law enforcement professionals.

Region VII covers Fresno, Merced, Madera, Mariposa, Kings, Tulare, Inyo, and Kern counties.

CNOA Region 7 is proud to support this fundraiser in honor of Detective Randy Hoppert of the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office 💚.

This challenge coin was created to honor his service, his sacrifice, and his legacy. A United States Navy veteran and dedicated law enforcement professional, Detective Hoppert gave the ultimate sacrifice.

💙 100% of the proceeds will go directly to the Hoppert family.

Coins are $20 each. Orders will be taken until April 27th. Please see the flyer for more details or visit TCDSA.net.

Today, we mourn the loss of Randy Hoppert, who was tragically killed in the line of duty while serving the community of Tulare County.

A United States Navy veteran, Deputy Hoppert dedicated his life to service—first to his country, and then to the people of Tulare County. He carried forward a proud family legacy in law enforcement, serving with purpose, integrity, and unwavering commitment.

On behalf of CNOA Region 7, we extend our deepest condolences to his family, loved ones, and all members of the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office. His sacrifice is a solemn reminder of the risks our officers face each day in service to others.

We honor his life, his service, and his sacrifice.

This course will focus on practical strategies investigators and prosecutors use to identify, seize, and forfeit criminal assets connected to narcotics trafficking and other criminal enterprises.

• Asset seizure fundamentals
• State and federal forfeiture procedures
• Investigative strategies
• Legal considerations and case preparation

💙💔 Our hearts are heavy as we mourn the tragic loss of the brave LA County Sheriff’s Department deputies who lost their lives in the recent explosion. These heroes put showed up to serve and protect—never knowing it would be their last day.

Behind every badge is a person, a family, and a life full of hopes, dreams, and love. Their sacrifice is a powerful reminder of the dangers law enforcement officers face every day to keep our communities safe.
