So I had a very negative experience on Thursday with “Staff” not the first time but this time it was totally unacceptable. Now I’m getting info that my experience was not isolated... anyone else have anything to share?

Time to dedicate some love to this page. Attended a shareholders get together earlier hosted by 2 current board members and we shareholders must become more involved. Our money is being spent with little or no accountability. As a shareholder I urge everyone to try to be more involved in our community it’s up to us to protect and preserve are homes. Be active by speaking with your neighbors and attending the annual meeting - your home is your investment treat it like the asset it is.

Tonight was the Annual Board Elections and shareholders meeting. I just got home! Glad to see a turn out that was more than 5x what I have witnessed in previous years. Some new candidates for the board to decide on, maybe we need a little change? Overall we need a group that will work together and make sound educated decisions. Lets see what happens.

The assesment could not have come at a more difficult time. Even though it may have been necessary they could have spread the payments over 6 months instead of hurting us all during the Holiday season. I don't know anyone in this economy how has an extra $1000+ laying around in January and another $1000+ for February, maybe the members of the board should advise us to who their money managers are because I can seem to generate any money during these horrible economic times. I started this page to get more people involved with the COOP and sadly it seems that no one demands accountability of the members of the board nor the managing agents. Maintenace of any property is necessary but considering that we are all facing difficult financial times their are some things that are not as necessary. I have owned my property for 5 years and all I know is the I have REGRET purchasing the unit. No new candidates for the board and one member who is probably in JAIL now. This is why this development is in such disarray!
