His final season of Baseball. City tournament champs 2022. I don’t know that Waylon really competed that season. He just played. He stole home for as many points the other team scored once. I think the last steal he made Coach Danny said somthing of. It’s a good friggin thing you made it. I didn’t tell you to go! Waylon constantly had a big old smile. Faking the throws back to the pitcher so he could try and tag the runner. Then he did it again, and again and again. He was having the best time of his life. I’m pretty sure if the coaches read this post they will attest, that during the 2022 season. Waylon just played.
