The Trustees have asked Eric Folks to attend the meeting on December 8th at 9 AM to do a Town Hall Type of Q and A regarding various type of Septic systems, what types of inspections can be done, when they can be done etc. Eric is very familiar with Goose Creek Lake. Please join us and have your questions ready. Please remember, Eric is our guest, so let’s show him how great our community is and how we can come together on this very controversial topic.

IN EXTREME WEATHER CONDITIONS THE CONFERENCE ROOM BELOW THE OFFICE AND THE REC HALL MAY BE USED BY PROPERTY OWNERS AND THEIR GUEST. TO GET ACCESS TO THESE AREAS PLEASE CONTACT SECURITY AT 573-358-5890. IN THE EVENT OF A TORNADO SECURITY WILL ACTIVATE THE TORNADO SIREN AND OPEN THE CONFERENCE ROOM AS SHELTER. THE REC HALL WILL NOT BE USED DURING TORNADO'S BECAUSE IT IS NOT A SAFE AREA. PLEASE STAY SAFE!

During heat advisory weather if anyone needs a cooling off station the conference room below the office and the rec hall is available. Just contact the security office to get access. Hope everyone stays safe!

Starting 2018 stickers for boat trailers will be required. These are at no cost for Property Owners and you will get them when you get the boat stickers. Property owners may received more than one trailer sticker if needed. There have been many complaints in the past regarding trailers being parked illegally at the boat ramp. Security will be able to identify the property owners who leave their boat trailer at the boat ramps. Also if a boat trailer is found Security will be able to contact the owner.

The swimming pool is officially closed for the winter. A company came in yesterday to winterize it and maintenance put the pool cover on today. There are a couple of minor things that need to be addressed in the Spring before the pool opens for the season. Some of the lights need repaired and a small area at the bottom of the pool needs patched.

Beginning this week the pool will only be open Friday's, Saturday's & Sunday's until the pool closes Labor Day.

Friday Night Free Family Swim is only when it is posted here on Facebook. Some Friday nights the pool is rented to property owners. When it is rented this event will not take place. On Friday evening, August 18th, the pool was rented and that is why the Friday night swim was not posted. I am sorry for any inconvenience. If you ever have questions regarding an event please check with the office.
