Tri-City Band Corps Tri-City Band Corps is a student-run nonprofit organization whose goal is to spread our love of music

Founded by Harrison Cheng and fellow high school friends on July 4th, 2004, Tri-City Band Corps has continued to flourish for over 10 years. In that time, TBC has grown from fewer than 10 members to over 300. To this day, TBC is run by a core group of high school officers and strives to equip aspiring students with essential communication skills, leadership opportunities, and a chance to work with

other students in a professional business environment. In addition to this, TBC also offers students chances to make new friends and fulfill their high-school service hour requirements by participating in various parades such as the Fremont 4th of July Parade, the Salinas Colmo Rodeo Parade, the Festival of India Parade, and the Niles Festival of Lights Parade. Tri-City Band Corps is the only free-to-join marching band in Fremont outside of the school system and is a wonderful option for students who wish to have this type of performance opportunity.

Hey there Bay Area! Are you a band director or guard instructor looking to find more opportunities for your color guard members?
Tri City’s Opulent Open Winter Guard will be having their first summer clinic next Sunday, June 7th at Independence High School! This is a great chance for your members to connect and network with others in the community after watching them perform such amazing winter shows! We’ve also had a great turn out of instructors coming out to spin and dance and the vibes are excellent! It's awesome to see instructors and staff stand on the same side as their students learning some flag, dance, and your choice of equipment! So much so that we would like to offer a $100 flat rate to bring yourself and/or all of your guard performers! Just email [email protected] to let us know you’re coming with your school’s guard program. You'll find the group option on givebutter.com/JuneClinic or scan the QR Code below.

Tri-City Band Corp’s Elementary Band (Hasati Regiment) is open for summer registration! This is an opportunity to meet students from around the Bay Area and learn music together! This program is completely FREE for all, but donations are highly encouraged to help us keep this program available. If you are a high schooler, sign up to be a TA to prepare the next generation of musicians. Can't wait to see you this summer!

"I have been a part of Tri-City Band Corps ever since I was in elementary school, so TBC is not simply an organization for me; it is where I first learned how to become a leader. When I was a kid, I joined the organization as a participant in the youth program. However, after many years, I have progressed to be the Chief Technology Officer in addition to teaching the percussion program that I once attended myself. This has been quite an adventurous process, progressing from being a participant to being an officer in TBC. Apart from learning skills related to technology and music, I had the opportunity to be a mentor to children, where I once stood 5 years ago." - Vihaan Miriyala
