🎨🖍️ BIG LEARNING, LITTLE LEARNERS! 🖍️🎨

Our preschoolers in Mrs. Kellie’s class are learning all about the human body, and they had a BIG time with this hands-on activity! 🧒👧💙

Our little learners laid out big sheets of paper, traced their bodies, and then got creative by adding their own unique features! From heads to toes, they had so much fun creating their very own life-size masterpieces! ✨

Activities like this help children learn about body parts, build body awareness, practice fine motor skills, and express their creativity while celebrating what makes each of us UNIQUE! 🌈🙌

At the YMCA of Sandusky County, we believe learning should be FUN, hands-on, and full of discovery! 💙💜

Our Active Older Adults had an absolute blast last week on our unforgettable trip to the charming town of Frankenmuth! We started out at the iconic Bronner's Christmas Wonderland, the world's largest Christmas store, where we marveled at the vast array of festive decorations, ornaments, and souvenirs. The excitement was palpable as we wandered through the aisles, discovering unique treasures and getting into the holiday spirit. After a fun-filled morning of shopping and browsing, we finished up with a wonderful dinner at one of Frankenmuth's renowned restaurants, savoring delicious German-inspired cuisine and warm hospitality. And to top it all off, we were treated to a fantastic music performance that had us all tapping our toes and singing along! We all deeply enjoyed every moment of this special outing, and the memories we made will surely be cherished for a long time to come.
