What an amazing way to kick off the Deer Pointe K-kids this year! The kids had a great time introducing themselves at the start of the meeting, then they made book marks for their library to share with students. But of course all their hard work deserved a snack! Great job kids!!

This is basically what Fremont Kiwanis has been up to since mid August. Concessions at Midland Football, Volleyball and Basketball games are a large part of our fundraising efforts. The funds raised help us support local serving organizations like Fremont Area Habitat for Humanity, CASA of the Midlands, Care Corps, Inc. and support our youth service leader clubs with the Fremont Public Schools - Nebraska and the Kiwanis Children's Fund and so much more! We appreciate the support from the community and our sponsors!

A message from the Kiwanis Kiwanis International President Hope Markes!

Happy Kiwanis New Year!
As we celebrate another successful year of service, I hope you'll join me in reflecting on the connections we have made and the impact we have had in our communities. And as a new year begins, let us also acknowledge there is still room to grow. Let's seek ways to strengthen our clubs and inspire others to join us in the meaningful work that Kiwanis does in our communities and around the world.

A new year is an opportunity to evaluate your club’s impact and set goals you can actively pursue in the months ahead. Consider the value your club creates: How does it strengthen your community? How does it enrich the lives of those you serve?

The answers to these questions can inspire a renewed sense of purpose. And with that purpose, your club can provide stronger service and greater impact. Let’s keep the momentum going in this new year — by building on our successes and creating a stronger, more united organization dedicated to serving children of the world.

Thanks for all that you do in the name of Kiwanis. And don't forget to have fun!

One love,

Hope Markes
2026-27 Kiwanis International President

NE-IA District convention was a Rockin' good time! Over $15,704 was raised for Sleep in Heavenly Peace beds for kids organization. We had some fun, learned to lead and supported the Kiwanis district foundation. Ask us more..how to get involved, how to serve the children in our community and lead with a mission.
