Pictured left Hon. Bill Quirk, a retired nuclear physicist who served in the California State Assembly and on the Hayward City Council. Angus Cochran, Washington Hospital’s Chief of Community Support Systems, representing Washington Hospital’s long and generous partnership with One Child; and Beth Wong, One Child Board Director and longtime supporter.
