Please exercise common courtesy....
This morning at the Peak there was a long line of hikers patiently waiting to take a pic with the tree. The people pictured at the end of the line decided they didn't need to wait and as you can see in the second pic, they just went to the head of the line and plopped themselves down at the post, invading the pics of all the other people who had been patiently waiting. Had they taken just a group pic or two and moved on, there probably would not have been an issue, but instead, they started a whole photo session.
The women who's turn it was to take a photo with the tree patiently waited but they kept taking pic after pic. She finally asked them SEVERAL TIMES to move so they wouldn't be in the background. Her requests fell on deaf ears. Then she went over, stood next to them and asked "how would you guys like it if I just invaded all your group pics"? to which someone replied "Sure, go ahead". At this point the group had taken plenty of pics and were holding the entire line up. Their behavior was rude, selfish, disrespectful and simply lacked common courtesy.
When confronted about their disrespect towards those patiently waiting, their response was something to the effect that they were a large group too, as if that somehow granted them some privilege and excused their poor behavior. These were adults mind you, not kids.
Please be aware of your actions and how you might be affecting those around you.
