RARE Saturday volunteer opportunity has become available for this Saturday, August 29 8:30AM-2:30PM. Siding installation is often referred to as a favorite day on the build site for volunteers.

Installation requires minimal skill level and creates an immediate impact on turning a construction site into a home. Sign-up at the link in the comments so we can ensure we have enough work stations organized to keep everyone engaged.

Many people think Habitat gives homes away when the reality is all of our homes are purchased by partner families, with a 20-30 year affordable mortgage. Each approved homebuyer has to display a need for housing, ability to pay a mortgage, and willingness to partner with Habitat.
