Navajeevan Eye Care Trust USA Inc. is a registered 501 (c) (3) charitable organization, run entirely by volunteers, focusing in supporting, educating orphan blind children and providing a home for orphans, blind kids and aged people. The organization strives to establish Homes, charitable schools, hospitals providing free eye treatment, and old-age care center.

Navajeevan was founded by Sridhar Acharya on October 2nd, 1979, and today it has established around 22 homes and hostels for the blind kids and old age people at various places in India. Apart from this, Navajeevan organizes several free eye camps in the rural and tribal areas of Andhra Pradesh, Odisha and Chhattisgarh. They also distribute free food to almost 3,000 people daily.

Below are the few achievements of Navajeevan:
• 10,400 Blind & orphan children rehabilitated.
• 1,70,600 Monthly Education Aid provided to children with vision impairment.
• 13,709 Monthly pensions provided to destitute aged.
• 1,70,000 Medical & Financial Aid provided to people afflicted with leprosy.
• 9,760 Rural free eye camps organized.
• 5,14,545 Poor persons provided with new vision.
