Before heading home from Kentucky, we made one more important stop. šŸ“

Our team visited Carroll County Family Practice to spend time with the people at the heart of and see firsthand the care, commitment and realities that shape the work we advocate for every day.

After a week of learning and conversation at Fall Institute, it was meaningful to step into a clinic together, listen, ask questions and deepen our connection to the communities at the heart of our mission.

Thank you to Carroll County Family Practice for opening your doors and spending part of your day with us. What a meaningful way to close out our time in Kentucky! šŸŽ

And that’s a wrap on the 2026 ! šŸ‚

Nearly 600 attendees joined us for three days of learning, sharing ideas and connecting around the issues that matter most to and the communities they serve.

Thank you to our speakers, sponsors, exhibitors and everyone who joined us in and helped make this year’s Fall Institute one to remember.

Fall Institute may be coming to a close, but our time in Kentucky isn’t quite over yet. The work—and the connections behind it—continue.

Until next year… Salt Lake City, Utah, here we come!

It’s the final day of the ! šŸ‚ We’re kicking off Day 3 with a conversation about rural health transformation and what we’re learning along the way.

Moderated by NARHC Director of Government Affairs Sarah Hohman, this morning’s panel is bringing multiple perspectives to the table to talk about what’s working, where challenges remain and the lessons we can carry forward.

A great way to start our final day together in Louisville.

Day 2: Consider it a wrap. šŸ‘

The sessions may be over for today, but the conversations? Those have a way of continuing.

New connections, familiar faces and plenty of ideas exchanged along the way—that’s the experience.

See you tomorrow for one more day together!

What’s so funny about ? David Glickman had some answers. šŸ˜„

This afternoon at the , David brought ā€œA Dose of Healthcare Humorā€ to the stage, showing us how a little laughter can go a long way in the workplace.

From navigating everyday stress to building resilience and finding more ā€œwork-laugh balance,ā€ the session gave us plenty to smile about.
