Celebrating 16 years and looking toward 2030! 🎉

AMCF spent a wonderful afternoon at Sahaba Initiative's 16th Annual Benefit Luncheon in Riverside, California, hearing what is ahead in their 2030 vision and learning more about Rufayda's Housing, their transitional housing community supporting families, mothers, and children as they rebuild and move forward.

The afternoon also brought plenty of familiar faces and new conversations with the Sahaba Initiative team, IDEA, Lamps of Light, HHRD, Moreno Valley Mosque, and the Islamic Shura Council of Southern California.

And a gathering in Southern California with fresh Knafeh Queen knafeh? Even sweeter.

Congratulations to Munira Ahmed, AMCF Philanthropy Fellow, on her acceptance into the Philanthropy Together Giving Circle Fellowship: Host Cohort.

As a member of AMCF's Women's Giving Circle, Munira is already putting collective giving into practice. Now she will join fellow leaders from across the country to learn, connect, and deepen that work.
