BACS Fremont Housing Navigation Center BACS’ Fremont Navigation Center (serving the Tri-Cities) is a rapid-rehousing program that helps people transition from encampments into permanent housing.

What We Do:
*Provide short-term housing to help people transition from encampments to permanent housing.
*Outreach to find individuals who could benefit from services.
*Provide one meal per day, with support and linkage to additional food resources.
*Support with all housing navigation needs, with a determined
focus on exit to permanent housing.
*Break mental and physical health barriers to perman

ent housing, including supporting landlord-tenant relationships by addressing stigma.
*Benefits advocacy and support, and employment support.
*Independent living skills development.
