Tag sale format:
Starting at 12 noon on Wednesday, May 24th through 8:30pm on Friday, May 26th this will be a time to receive any buyer’s intentions to purchase any lots at the minimum set tag price. If at the end of that time (8:30pm on 5/26) only one buyer wants any lot number, their offer will be accepted. If two or more parties want to purchase a particular lot number at the set price, then an
auction will be conducted between only those parties in the order they signed up. For example, if two buyers want Lot 1 at the tag price, those two parties only may bid until the highest bid is reached. Bidding may occur over the phone.

• Cattle lotted by breed in alphabetical order and then by age
• Sale conducted by lot number
• Sale open to both youth and adult buyers
• Tag price will be posted at sale time and on all social media
• Bid off will proceed in order of signup. Anyone signed up to bid and does not
win a lot may signup to bid on following lots.
• Tag sale will run the length of cow camp and conclude prior to All-Breeds show
• All heifers purchased will automatically be entered into the All-Breeds show
• Anyone may bid by calling one of the sale staff below
• If a bidder does not obtain a lot, they may indicate their desire to bid on another lot at conclusion of their lot.
• Terms: Cash or good check at close of sale
