Tag sale format:
Starting at 12 noon on Wednesday, May 24th through 8:30pm on Friday, May 26th this will be a time to receive any buyer’s intentions to purchase any lots at the minimum set tag price. If at the end of that time (8:30pm on 5/26) only one buyer wants any lot number, their offer will be accepted. If two or more parties want to purchase a particular lot number at the set price, then an auction will be conducted between only those parties in the order they signed up. For example, if two buyers want Lot 1 at the tag price, those two parties only may bid until the highest bid is reached. Bidding may occur over the phone.
