CALLING ALL YOUTH!!! Join the Cedarmore Corporation for our annual Book Club Saturday, February 21, 2026 10 AM - 12 Noon at the Joysetta and Julius Pearse African American Museum of Nassau County.

Please join our Boyz and Girlz (Middle and High School Students) as we read “One of the Good Ones” by Maika and Maritza Moulite.

The book follows Kezi's sisters, Happi and Genny, as they uncover secrets about Kezi's life and question why society labels some victims as "good ones" while others are not, all while dealing with their own family dynamics and a mysterious journey Kezi left for them.

For youth attendees, FREE books will be distributed before the event, while supplies last.
