🚨 GAMES CANCELED — SATURDAY, OCTOBER 10 🚨
Per the Panhandle Youth Football Association (PYFA), all games scheduled for this Saturday, October 10 have been canceled due to the likelihood of severe weather.
We will share more information as it becomes available regarding any schedule updates or next steps.

🧹 Post-Game Cleanup

⚠️ Tomorrow and next Saturday are our LAST TWO HOME GAMES of the season!

If your family still needs to complete volunteer hours, please don’t wait until the final week. There are plenty of opportunities available tomorrow, and even grabbing one shift makes a huge difference in helping game day run smoothly.

🚨 VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR TODAY’S LATER GAMES! 🏈💙🧡

Bulldog families, we’re still needing a few more people to help us finish out today’s home games!

🎟️ Front Gate
• 1:45–3:00 PM — Jr. White
• 3:45–5:00 PM — Senior

🍔 Concession Stand
• 3:45–6:00 PM — Senior Game
We already have two people in there, but could definitely use a couple more hands!

And you do NOT have to stay for the entire time slot. If you can come help for even 30 minutes or an hour, that still helps us tremendously and gives our other volunteers a chance to rotate out.

If you’ll already be at the field for one of these games, please consider jumping in for however long you can!

👑🏈📣 INTRODUCING FFAC HOMECOMING 2026! 📣🏈👑

For the first time ever, Freeport Football & Cheer is having our very own Homecoming — and we are so excited to finally share how it’s going to work!

Each of our teams will have its own Homecoming Court made up of the Top 4 football players + Top 4 cheerleaders with the most votes. From each team, the football player with the most votes will be crowned King and the cheerleader with the most votes will be crowned Queen at halftime of their game on Saturday, September 12.

💵 $1 = 1 vote — no limit on votes!

Voting starts TOMORROW, Saturday, August 29!

🏈 In person: Use one of the voting slips, place it with your cash/check inside an envelope, seal it, and drop it in our official Homecoming Voting Box. The box will be available at the concession stand during practices and our home games.

📱 Venmo: — include the candidate’s name, team, and Football or Cheer in the memo.

And this is open to EVERYONE — parents, grandparents, friends, extended family, neighbors, coworkers and local businesses can all vote!

Voting for each team closes 30 minutes before that team’s game on September 12, and we’ll announce the Court and crown the King & Queen at halftime! 👑

Kids ages 5–12 — $3
Kids 4 & under — FREE

💳 Cash and card are accepted.

🍔 Full concessions will be available throughout the day. Please remember, no outside coolers are allowed.

🏈 FOOTBALL PARENTS: Please double-check tonight that your player has everything ready to go for tomorrow — correct game uniform, mouthpiece, cleats, and all other required equipment. Don’t wait until game time to realize something is missing!

📣 Come ready to cheer loud and support ALL of our Bulldog football and cheer teams!

🚨 IMPORTANT SCHEDULE UPDATE + VOLUNTEERS STILL NEEDED! 🚨

Bulldog families, due to a team in the league folding, our game schedule has changed for this Saturday. Please make sure you have the updated times:

🏈 9:00 AM — Boomers
🏈 10:30 AM — P*e Wee
🏈 12:00 PM — Junior White
🏈 2:00 PM — Seniors
🚫 Junior Blue — BYE

Because the game times changed, we also had to adjust the volunteer schedule. If you were already signed up, PLEASE take a minute to check your current shift and make sure it still works with your child's game time.

We still need quite a bit of help — especially with the GRILL & FRYER, concessions, chain gang, announcers, gate and merch.

🔥 Our biggest need right now is GRILL & FRYER help. We currently do not have anyone signed up for those positions throughout the day.

We also especially need help during and after our 2:00 PM Senior game. If your child's game is already finished, please consider sticking around and helping cover one more shift so our Senior families can enjoy watching their kids play too.

💙🧡 Game day takes all of us! Every family is responsible for volunteer hours during the season, and we greatly appreciate everyone pitching in.

🏈🐾 Volunteers Needed! 🐾🏈

We could use some extra hands this Friday to help get the stadium cleaned up and ready for our home opener on Saturday!

We’ll be getting started around 9:00 AM at our home field by the Freeport Learning Center.

If you’re available to come out and help for a little while, we’d really appreciate it. The more hands we have, the faster we can get everything ready for game day!

Bulldog families and fans, here is the master schedule for all of our FFAC football teams this season, including Boomers, P*e Wee, Junior Blue, Junior White, and Seniors.

We kick things off Saturday, August 22, with four straight home Saturdays, including Homecoming on September 12! 🧡💙

🏈📣 BANNER PHOTOS ARE THIS WEDNESDAY! 📣🏈

We’re excited to do something special for our FFAC Bulldogs this season! Each football player and cheerleader will have the opportunity to have a personalized banner made that will hang on the fence at our home field ALL SEASON LONG! 💙🧡

Each athlete will take two poses, and their banner will include their name, year, and team.

Banner Options:
🐾 2’ x 3’ Banner — $75
🐾 3’ x 4’ Banner — $90

The best part? At the end of the season, your banner is YOURS TO KEEP! It’s a great keepsake from the season and a pretty awesome way for our Bulldogs to see themselves represented at every home game.

🧡 A portion of every banner purchase also goes directly back to Freeport Football & Cheer to help with field paint, equipment, facility improvements, and other league needs.
