BROTHERS AND SISTERS FOR HAITI ORGANIZATION (BASFHO) is a non profit charitable organization dedicated to the betterment of poor people's lives in Haiti and the world Lack of available health care, Homelessness, inadequate and sub-par housing have always been part of the Haitian culture long before the earthquake in 2010 and the recent hurricane. Haiti is already ill equipped to handle emergencies
and it continually gets hit by disastrous events. Therefore it's not a matter of if but when will the next disaster strike. The corrupt government has done little to nothing to help the poor people that make up 80% of the Haitian population. The world has witnessed the Haitian government poorly handled emergency on several occasions. Based on past records, It is safe to say that, the thousands of NGOs already in Haiti are not making much of a dent either. Progress will take everyone of us caring Haitians and friends of Haitians. Brothers and Sisters for Haiti organization (BASFHO) wants to be proactive. We are ready to take action. We need dedicated men and women willing to form a committee to take on the challenge of rebuilding Haiti. Let's make a better Haiti, especially in the housing and medical sectors; our focus. We need donations and sponsors. We are also looking for serious volunteers in Medical, Pharmaceutical, Construction, Architecture, civil engineering, carpentry, plumbing, electricity, masonry, trucking, Home design and furnishings, IT, law enforcement, Security or any capacity that you can contribue.
