🎓 Freeport High School Scholarship Foundation Announces 2026 Scholarship Recipients 🎓
The Freeport High School Scholarship Foundation is proud to announce the recipients of its 2026 scholarships, awarded to outstanding students pursuing higher education, technical training, and career advancement opportunities.
This year, scholarships were awarded in three categories: Senior, Junior, and Trade/Technical Programs. Each recipient is eligible to receive up to $12,500 per year for up to four years, for a total potential award of $50,000 per student.
These need-based scholarships are designed to help students pursue college, technical/trade school, or other post-secondary training programs. The Foundation’s scholarship program is made possible through the generosity of community donors and dedicated scholarship funds, including the Walter & Louise Stetson Scholarship, the Christine Small Cushing Scholarship, and the Theo Ferrara Scholarship.
In addition to financial support, each scholarship recipient will be paired with a mentor who will provide guidance, encouragement, and support throughout their post-secondary journey.
